Preparation
Preparation of Residence for Client Arrival & Departure, including grocery shopping if necessary.
Inspection
Full Home Inspection once a week.
Identify
Identify areas in need of attention, suggest repairs including preventative maintenance, schedule and meet vendors when necessary work is performed
